What is Swann?
Swann is a cloud application that allows you to easily generate and send documents for digital signatures.
Leveraging our API, we can seamlessly integrate into your existing environment. We use pre-defined actions to trigger the generation of documents and dynamically populate data into them.
The generation of a document happens in real-time as we formulate a request to an external provider – esignatures.io – which will send the document, collect signatures and store the final signed contract.
As a document is generated, recipients receive a link to sign it via email or SMS. Documents are signed in 1-click, a copy of the final contract is then sent over to each signer.
